Customers wishing to download latest product releases may contact XSLS support. You will need to have your customer user name and password to hand.

Consists of email support and telephone support during standard office hours (9 - 5 Mon to Fri excluding UK public holidays). All upgrades, including full versions, are provided

x-CARE

Consists of p-CARE + 24-hour support including an annual site visit from a consultant (conditions apply).
