XSLS provide high quality maintenance services for all of our products. Two standard scales of maintenance are available at an annual charge:
Consists of email support and telephone support during standard office hours (9 - 5 Mon to Fri excluding UK public holidays). All upgrades, including full versions, are provided
x-CARE
Consists of p-CARE + 24-hour support including an annual site visit from a consultant (conditions apply).
